NinjaProxy Review 2025 – Non-Sequential Proxies You Can Use for Web Scraping and Market Research
A proxy service is an intermediary between the internet and your device. It enables you to bypass geo-restrictions and increases your browsing security.
Although there is no dearth of proxy services available, there’s one I recently tested and was really impressed with its pricing structure, features, and performance. It’s NinjaProxy.

NinjaProxy as a SaaS service provider and a proxy service has been in existence since 2007, and on today’s date, they have more than 2 million proxies in 50+ geolocations.
The proxies they offer have a 99.99% uptime, and you can actually choose from a wide variety of proxies, including Shared, Private, Residential, Premium, 4G, and 5G proxies.
While 2 million may not seem a big number, as there are companies that have much larger proxy pools, what really impressed me is its competitive pricing.
But more on that later. Let’s now focus on its positives and negatives.

What can you do with NinjaProxy?
NinjaProxy doesn’t have a subscription model for its users. It all depends on what kind of and how many IPs you require. The price starts at $0.9 per proxy for shared proxies, and you might have to cough out more for premium ones, such as the 4G and 5G proxies.
NinjaProxy – what do the search trends suggest?
I used Google Trends to gauge the search trends for NinjaProxy and one of its prime competitors, and here’s what I found.
The data reveals an uneven trajectory for NinjaProxy over the past year, marked by sporadic peaks and troughs in interest. Compared to its competitor, DataImpulse, NinjaProxy’s popularity is visibly lower, and its search trends suggest inconsistent engagement.
The occasional spikes could be linked to promotional campaigns, limited-time offers, or specific mentions in user communities, but the flat periods between these peaks highlight a challenge in maintaining sustained attention.
This could indicate a strong regional user base or targeted marketing efforts in Türkiye. In contrast, the absence of significant traction in traditionally larger proxy markets like the U.S. might point to missed opportunities for global outreach.
I have also observed that NinjaProxy has a good 4.7 out of 5 rating on TrustPilot which is also a good sign in favor of the company’s popularity and positive users’ feedback.
DataImpulse, on the other hand, demonstrates a steady rise in popularity, which could be attributed to its clear pricing model, focus on ease of use, or an aggressive marketing approach.
Its consistent upward trend contrasts sharply with NinjaProxy’s erratic search pattern, reflecting a more sustained interest among users.
This could stem from limited regional targeting, lack of fresh marketing strategies, or failure to fully leverage its strengths, such as its broad proxy options and competitive pricing.
If NinjaProxy wants to compete with players like DataImpulse, it might need to focus on building its global appeal, particularly in markets where competitors are thriving.
In my opinion, NinjaProxy still has a solid foundation and potential, but its reliance on short-term interest spikes makes it vulnerable to competitors with steadier growth trajectories.
Perhaps doubling down on user education, expanding its marketing outreach, and ensuring consistent updates to its offerings could help turn these occasional peaks into sustained growth.

NinjaProxy Customer Support – Is the Support Fast and Comprehensive Enough?
In this day and age, it’s reasonable for us consumers to expect brands to respond to our queries and concerns within a very short time.
Unfortunately, that was not really my experience when I tried to get in touch with the NinjaProxy support team. I used the live chat option on the website to enquire about free trials, and Kevin Miller (the CEO himself!) responded more or less 48 hours later via email.
I mean, what’s the whole point of having a live chat option when it essentially works as an online form? Also, while you can find FAQ section at the bottom of every proxy (type) page, there’s no detailed information on how to set up a proxy.
On the other hand, a DataImpulse support executive responded to my query within seconds. I could also find detailed guide articles on its website. I think NinjaProxy’s support is slow and the website lacks adequate product literature (except some generic stuff).
Is NinjaProxy Worth It?
NinjaProxy, in my opinion, is suitable for anyone looking for a flexible and feature-rich proxy solution. It can whitelist up to 10 IPs, it offers unlimited bandwidth no matter which plan you choose, and it offers a disparate array of options. You can use it for web scraping, market research, and ad verification. Its Shared Proxies are particularly cost-effective.
However, it’s not without flaws. There are no free trials, unlike Bright Data and Smartproxy, and the latency is also higher compared to some of its top competitors. This means it may not be quite reliable for tasks requiring lightning-fast speeds. Also, their customer support is terribly slow. I recommend it for tasks like web scraping, but consider other options if you have unique requirements.
